fixed package structures for the following packages: nlp, decision support, subgroup discovery, bioinformatics.

The only thing person has to do to add package is to add it to mothra/settings/INSTALLED_APPS.
following files are automatically added with definitions from equal naming modules from packages.
- library.py
- visualization_views.py
- interaction_views.py
- urls.py

New dev branch to be merged with dev_latino - nothing changed based on previous version (empty line removed from library.py in order to be able to commit)

Added alter table widget for editing orange tables. Still TODO: for discrete variables a dropdown list of legal values should appear when editing.

Moved table styling to style.css to avoid duplication. Kepner-Tregoe widget: moved normalization (which is now optional) to the UI; moved the form elements to a nice table. Sens. analzsis widget: added nicer radio buttons.

Some of the most important functionalities:
- latino dlls - compiled c# sources (not sure if this should be added at all, however it is an integral part?)
- latino python interfaces (latino.py and in library.py)
- modifications of platform: run widget recursive, parameters configuration, improved context menu, context menu icons, advanced object initializer
