Latino: New latest version of Latino.dll based on git version 728fb13 (consequently some other dlls modified)

auto_imort_packages has a new option ('-a', '--ask') to enable it to interactively ask to import packages which are marked not to be imported.

added check for illegal built-in predicates in the prolog scripts. run the scripts in a separate time-limited thread, but it still needs to run in jail mode (TODO).

export_package bug: export was exporting user defined widgets. Resolution: if user specifies concrete package, then all widgets are exported (we enable exporting arbitrary widgets). If user selects all packages, then user widgets (and therefore user categories) are not exported since too much junk is generated.
