Added context menu on treeview widget repository for categories and widgets to directly access admin console.

Added alter table widget for editing orange tables. Still TODO: for discrete variables a dropdown list of legal values should appear when editing.

Widget configuration access link was added to the parameter dialog window (at the bottom).
User can configure his widget by:
- manually reordering inputs, outputs and parameters
- moving inputs to parameters and vice versa
Implementation required two new fields to be added in the database Input.order and Output.order

Added ordering functionality also for sub-categories - similarly as abstract widgets are orderable inside category, also subcategories need to be orderable inside category.
Optimized/simplified admin.py a little by adding OrderableTabularInlineStyled

- latino dlls - compiled c# sources (not sure if this should be added at all, however it is an integral part?)
- latino python interfaces (latino.py and in library.py)
- modifications of platform: run widget recursive, parameters configuration, improved context menu, context menu icons, advanced object initializer
